This class will be streamed online live using the ZOOM platform. Please click below to book your place in advance. The link for the class will be emailed to you as soon as payment has been completed. PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER IF YOU DON'T RECEIVE THE EMAIL. Places for the class are limited so please DO NOT share this link with anyone to avoid taking someone else's place that has paid to be in the class. Payment should be made via Paypal.

The class will begin shortly after the specified time to enable participants to connect and test their audio.

Please note, there is a maximum number of participants as per my Zoom account, and once it's full no more can be added.

HOW TO JOIN THE CLASS VIA ZOOM:

1. For the best experience you should download Zoom to your computer (https://zoom.us/). You are able to connect using a smartphone or iPad if you wish once you have downloaded Zoom from either App Store or Google Play (It's FREE).
2. For best sound quality, connect your device to a small speaker.
3. Click on the link sent to your email or, if you are using a phone you can enter the meeting ID provided in the email once you have started the app.
Your mics will be muted when you log on, please leave them this way for the best experience and sound quality
* You can choose whether to join with your own video connecting or without. If you join with, your video will pop up for everyone, if you join without it's actually better quality on your end, but that is your choice
** Please make sure you have plenty of space to move around and stay hydrated! Don't step on any pets or kids!**
